So it is here, and what a great Codex it seems to be! I think I am going to have a lot of fun unlocking all its goodness, and what better way to do that than on the battlefield! This was my very first game with the new book, and I had a go at a Decurion Super Phalanx army. Hands up that I did make a slight error with the list and took one unit of Spyders rather than the allowed one Spyder, but overall I don't think it would have made any difference to the final result.
Why can't you take more than one spyder in the formation? Under the spyders unit entry it says you may add two additional spyders.
ReplyDeleteThe Canoptek Harvest says the formation is 'one spyder, one unit of wraiths and one unit of Scarbs' so seems like you can only take one Spyder to me?

ReplyDeleteHmm. Not sure. It says one spyder but under spyders entry you may take more so...It's not like your adding seperate unit of spyders, just following raw.
