Nick speaking,
Continuing on with my inspiration from Martin McNeil to make a Star Wars
Character from mostly GW bitz and it's time to get to work on the head. I know the Royal Guard heads are rounded at the top, but my Farseers personal Warlock needs to look a little bit more Eldarish, so I thought it would be cool to have a pointed head...
Using an old Guardians biker head as a base, I went to work on the first steps of green stuff, making the shapes of the inside of the mask first. I then pinned it to the model...
Once it was in place I started work on the next section of the head and matched it into the body. I still have a lot of work to do on the head, but first I want to beef up the shoulders so that it looks like he has arms underneath his cloak!
I hope you like him so far, much more to come...
