With everyone talking about what can be learnt about 6th edition in this months White Dwarf, I can see why the latest Necron release has had no attention! Both Anrakyr the Traveller and Orikan the Diviner are available to buy on 21st July. I think these two new minis are looking pretty sweet, although I am not sure about Anrakyr's skirt! It's still a shame he can't use his Mind of the Machine ability from a barge, as I would have bought this mini right away for sure...
They look good! Holding off on any new models until I've digested 6th Ed rules a bit, but if things look anything like they did for 5th I may be grabbing Orikan to use at least now and again in my Writhing Worldscape list.
ReplyDeleteYeah, well worth holding off. It's really great to see more Necron minis, I think GW have done a great job with Necrons, both with the Codex and new minis. Well done GW
ReplyDeleteI was slightly worried that after the 2nd Wave characters that would be it, and we'd be without the remaining HQ characters but glad to see they've not gone down that route.
ReplyDeleteDescent miniatures and drek rules for them. Something that is all to common.

ReplyDeleteAh new models! I'm also pretty sure this is the first time GW have released a WHOLE codex worth of miniatures within a year as well! Long may it continue!
