Continuing on from my last post about using Allies in order to have a game of 40k with three players. In this battle report I am using my Space Wolves as allies for my buddies Blood Angels as we roll the Relic mission. My buddy and I found ourselves up against a Tau army and this was the Tau players first 6th edition game, so we were just having a bit of fun so that he could see the new rules in action. With most of the Blood Angels in reserve for deep striking, It was up to me to survive the first few turns of the Tau gunline...

Did the Tau player attempt to get the objective? The Lone Wolf and Dante looked like they went a rampage! Good report mate :)
ReplyDeleteCheers mate, well, the Tau player had a plan for the objective, which involved gunning us down the first few turns and then moving in for the Relic. Sadly, he didn't have much luck and rolled badly, with things like my Lone Wolf saving like a champ :D. Has to be the hardest mission for a static army with weak troops by far
